Free of Gluten; Full of Flavor!

Hi, there, Sweet Readers!

Some of you, like me, may be living life gluten free.
Here's a recipe so good, no one will know it's GF!

Banana Bread ~ GF

Ingredients
4 Whole Ripe Bananas (Mashed)
1/3 Cup Butter (Melted)
1 Cup Sugar (May sub brown, well packed)
1 Whole Egg (Beaten like it cussed your mama)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch Salt
1 1/2 Cups Bob's Red Mill all purpose flour ~ GF

Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F
Mix butter into bananas
Mix in the sugar, egg, & vanilla
Sprinkle baking soda & salt over the mixture & mix in
Add the flour last, mix
Spray GF baking oil into 4x8 loaf pan Pour batter into pan Put in oven
Set timer! Bake for 20 minutes in middle of oven Rotate 180* in oven Set timer again
Bake 20 minutes Rotate in oven 90* Set timer again
Bake for 10 min Toothpick inserted in middle should come out clean
Cool completely.
